Healing Through the Body

Somatic therapy focuses on the connection between physical sensation and emotional awareness. These sessions create a supportive space to notice how the body responds to stress and experience, and to allow patterns of tension to soften over time.

What to Expect

Together, we’ll tune into physical sensations, breath, and subtle movement to build awareness of what’s happening in the present moment. You’ll be guided to notice sensations with curiosity and respect, without forcing or analyzing. The focus is on awareness and regulation, allowing the body to settle and respond naturally.

Why It Matters

When we reconnect with the body, we reconnect with ourselves. Somatic therapy can help relieve tension, reduce anxiety, and foster a sense of grounded calm. It supports emotional regulation and resilience, helping people feel more present and steady.
