What to Expect

A coaching session is your time to work through whatever feels most important to you. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can share your story, process your experiences, and reconnect with yourself. You can come prepared with something specific to explore, or we can simply see what arises in the moment.

I don’t diagnose problems or prescribe solutions. Instead, I gently guide you to uncover new insights, find your own answers, and reconnect with who you truly are and what you truly need. My goal is to help you develop self-awareness, understand your emotions, and learn to respond to life from a grounded, present place.

Our sessions combine thoughtful questions, guided reflection, and experiential tools that bring you out of your head and back into your body. We’ll work with what’s real and present, exploring the parts of you that need care, attention, or healing. This process helps shift old patterns into new awareness, creating space for lasting change from the inside out.

We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. The tools and practices we use are simple but powerful — techniques you can bring into daily life to calm your nervous system, understand your emotions, set boundaries, and navigate challenges with greater ease and clarity.

Frequency & Format

ADULT CHAIR® COACHING

For Adult Chair® coaching sessions: Most clients begin with weekly sessions and naturally move into biweekly or monthly check-ins as they begin to feel more grounded in their growth. Sessions are 60 minutes, held virtually via Zoom, and always tailored to meet you where you are. You’ll also receive a free 30-minute consultation to see if this work feels right for you.

SOUND & SOMATIC SESSIONS

For sound and somatic sessions, these are typically held in person and scheduled for 60 minutes, either as needed or once a month, depending on your personal goals and natural rhythm of healing. These experiences are designed to complement your ongoing growth, creating space for integration and reflection between sessions. Each session offers an opportunity to release, restore, and realign — helping you stay grounded, balanced, and connected as you move forward on your wellness journey.

One-on-One Adult Chair Coaching Sessions
